7. Personal data management.

In France, personal data is protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the website www.lemimi.fr, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the website www.lemimi.fr, the user's internet service provider, and the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any case, Tuboeuf Michel only collects personal information about the user for the purpose of providing certain services offered by the website www.lemimi.fr. All photographs hosted on the website www.lemimi.fr are taken from my activities (free flight, gliding, model aircraft, hiking). Anyone who does not authorize the website administrator to use their image for promotional and dissemination purposes can request the application of the right to withdrawal or blurring of part of the image. This will be granted without exception.

Use of images :
All photographs hosted on the website belong to www.lemimi.fr and are in accordance with Article L. 122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code. Any use of the photographs without specific and prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

The website www.lemimi.fr contains a number of hypertext links to other websites, set up with the authorization of Tuboeuf Michel. However, Tuboeuf Michel does not have the ability to verify the content of the visited websites, and will therefore not assume any responsibility for this.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

Any dispute related to the use of the website www.lemimi.fr is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris.
